We are acted on behalf of the freeholder in respect of this majorly prominent redevelopment.

The 1.9 acre site included circa 100,000 sq ft of industrial buildings on it which was producing ‘short term’ income. The site offered a really interesting development opportunity as the London Borough of Waltham Forest was close to finalising an agreement to secure the reopening of the adjacent Lea Bridge Road Station in 2014; this made the site only one stop into Stratford to the South and Tottenham Hale to the North (both approx. 5 minute journeys) and radically enhanced the dynamics/values in the area.

The site was sold to Hill Residential (unconditionally in relation to planning); they are now seeking planning permission to build some 300 apartments.
