We originally acquired this building as existing serviced offices, then entered into a JV with the adjoining land owner for the redevelopment of the whole 1.4 acre site. Planning was obtained at appeal for 58 units (including 25 houses and 33 flats) and we subsequently sold the site to Linden Homes.
