Over a period of five years we assembled six individual interests totalling 18,580 sq.m. (200,000 sq.ft.) of industrial accommodation on some 4.05 ha (10 acres). The properties are part income producing and our client is currently working with the local authority to master plan a comprehensive redevelopment programme.
